Romero Success Coaches are here to help develop well-being, academic, and life skills & strategies with you to achieve your goals at CMC.
Meet with us to talk through time management and organization, overcoming procrastination and test anxiety, efficient reading and note-taking, and exam prep. We can also help with goal-setting and habit-building, streamlining workflow, sleep management, stress-tolerance and coping skills, and healthy living.
We are holding open drop-in hours and appointments in-person, with the option to request a Zoom meeting instead. Once you make an appointment through our platform (WCOnline), the RSC will reach out to confirm.

Celine Bernhardt-Lanier ’26

Hi! I’m Celine, a Franco-American from Barcelona. I’m the RA of Philips, a co-leader of the Outdoor Initiative, and a co-president of the Org. Studies student society. On campus, you may find me joining CPB adventures, orchestrating OI trips, getting creative at The Hive, and chasing any live music venues! I'm here to help you conquer stress, prioritize self-care, and find amazing resources to help you feel confident, capable, and empowered. Can’t wait to meet you!

Hi! My name is James Frye. I lived in the Bay Area my whole life but just moved to beautiful Bend, Oregon. I am a huge basketball fan and Kevin Durant supporter, and am also a member of the CMS Men’s Basketball Team. As a student athlete, I would love to chat about balancing all of your responsibilities on campus, whether that’s classes, sports, clubs, social life, and more! Hi! I’m Stephanie and I’m a first-gen student from Seattle, Washington! You can find me on campus either at the reading room, hub, or the Annex. On campus I am co-president of Club Soda, 1Gen mentor, Academic Lead for 1Gen, and a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of ASCMC. I’m an avid reader, so if you want any book recommendations, I got you! Some of my other hobbies include: running, hiking through scenic trails, and watching historical or horror movies/shows.

Hi! My name is Nora, and I'm from the DC area. On campus, I'm a member of Claremont Consulting Group, and I'm a Psych Stats tutor at the QCL. You can normally find me on Appleby lawn, in the reading room, or trying every restaurant in the village. I'm very passionate about balancing the stress of college with all the fun it has to offer, and getting a good 8 hours of sleep most nights. Hi! My name is Cole Boake and I am a sophomore from San Francisco, CA. I am a passionate fan of all the Boston sports teams. At CMC, I am on the men's basketball team, a SAAC representative, a member of CMS games management, and a TA for economics and government. I understand the challenges of balancing a busy schedule as a student athlete, as well as the stress that comes with being a college student. At CMC, I’m involved with Health Bridges, focusing on data analytics, and I also conduct neuroscience research with CMsci. Throughout my time here, I’ve learned how to manage a full academic schedule while making time for other things that are important to me, including friends, family, health, and self-care.
