Staff and Faculty Travel
We would like to encourage you to make use of CMC’s Travel Registration www.cmc.edu/surveys/travel/ should you plan on traveling this summer. A report is generated on a weekly basis and distributed to key faculty and administrators at CMC. This enhances our ability for prompt action should an emergency occur.
Additionally, the Off-Campus Study Office has secured international travel and health insurance through iNext www.inext.com/inextweb/guestpages/ . Students, faculty, staff, family members or other traveling companions are eligible for this insurance. Use of this organization is voluntary. Basic travel insurance can be secured for a fee of $29 per person and upgrades for additional insurance coverage are also available. Application form for iNext.
Staff and faculty should register their foreign travel with the U.S. Department of State Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) (or with the home country embassy, for international faculty and staff): https://step.state.gov/step/
If you have questions about the CMC Travel Registration database or iNext international travel insurance, please contact Kristen Mallory at (909) 621-8267 or kmallory@cmc.edu .
