Venisa lives in Los Angeles with her husband, Tamir Nadborny, and her 6 month old son, Liam Nadborny. Venisa, a Southern California native, is a graduate of Claremont McKenna College (’96). She began her career in public accounting as an intern at Deloitte during the summer of 1995 and became a full-time employee of Deloitte in the fall of 1996, where she has worked for over 14 years. Venisa is very involved in recruiting efforts at her alma mater and has participated in a number of Deloitte sponsored leadership programs including the Breakthrough Leadership Program for high performing minority managers and the Focus Forward Program for talented women senior managers. As a partner, Venisa serves clients in the Aerospace & Defense and Technology industries and, like many parents, faces the challenge of balancing work and family. In her free time Venisa enjoys being with her family and traveling. Venisa also serves on the Board of Directors of the Mar Vista Family Center, a not-for-profit entity that provides low-income families with quality early childhood education and youth enrichment.
